How will I learn this?
The course is a two day introduction to Ecstatic Living. There will be a combination of group work and individual exercises. Please note that there will be no genital contact during the workshop, although homework will be set for private practice. There will be some massage, dance and body work as well as personal reflection and sharing.
This workshop is designed to honour you and your sexuality. You will be invited to participate in exercises and explorations that will stretch your awareness in a safe and respectful environment. You are asked to respect and honour your fellow delegates on this course.
