Let me tell you my secret.
It is only recently that I have started to share my story, because it is so strange and unusual. But between the ages of 13 – 20 I was abused by a paedophile. The experience was so horrendous, involving long term and repeated sexual, physical and worse of all emotional abuse that I moved out of my body and into my own higher self.
It was this that enabled me to find the inner strength, guidance and support to get me out of that situation. Not only was this support a general nudge to help me decide to leave. But my higher self gave me the exact, specific details of what to do, where to move to and who to turn to for help in the physical plane.
Spirituality isn’t just airy fairy general “hug a tree, meditate on a purple crystal and you’ll feel better”. It should be grounded and practical and give you the tools and specific information you need to thrive, no matter what is going on.
