EGO: Emotions Edge God Out

Sunday, November 22nd, 2009

Ego is a frequently used word in spiritual teaching. But what does it actually mean?

It usually has some kind of negative connotations, and many people think of it as linked to arrogance.

But this is only part of the story. In fact – if you think ego, or working from ego is negative – then you have ego! If you think EGO is negative then that is your ego talking.

alone in cafeEgo is that “stuff” or those feelings that get between you and your connection to the source

It is what gets between you and other people.

If you have any judgment about another’s behavior – that is your own ego. If you think someone is behaving badly you are making a judgment and that is ego.

Even if you are judging something as GOOD that is ego.

Ego is separation, and the ego wants you to remain separate from others and the source. If there is no separation and you become one with the universe the ego disappears. The ego is fighting for its survival and does so through emotions.

EGO is the part of you that is NOT God. Your emotions Edge God Out (EGO).

Pleased with selfSometimes these emotions might seem nice. You might look at another person and think “I am good. They are bad”. This sort of ego-driven comparison might cause you to feel good or superior to others. This might seem to feel good in the short term, but is ultimately unsatisfying and halts your evolution.

The goal of your spiritual evolution is to bring your Higher Self down and merge it with your conscious and unconscious minds. When the unconscious mind is full of blocks, limitations, limiting beliefs and all the other aspects of the ego the Higher Self cannot exist here.

Those blocks, limitations, limiting beliefs are simply ego.

Emotions only Ever Lie

Release your emotions – Free yourself from EGO

When you release your negative emotions, and other blocks, you create “space” for your Higher Self to merge with the rest of your mind.

Sometimes we think the releasing of these blocks will be painful and difficult. But actually the opposite is true. Holding on to our pain and blocks simply causes us more pain.

It’s not about facing our demons – it’s about releasing them. Set them free. Once they are released they will simply evaporate and vanish. When we release them, let them go – our own Higher Self can destroy the pain.

In order to release a negative emotion or block, fist notice it. When this happens it can feel like a problem. It’s only a problem when you think of it like that. In fact, it’s a perfect opportunity to release another part of your ego, to accelerate your evolution and to bring down your Higher Self.

couple with arms in air

The goal of spiritual evolution is to constantly be self aware and own everything. Not only the parts of ourselves we don’t like, we have become very good at this. But also to own and let go of those emotions we label positive.

Positive emotions are just as seductive, but when we have them and feel them – they are not US. They are something separate to us. When you let go of having or feeling joy, peace, bliss, then you BECOME joy, peace bliss.

Would you rather FEEL joy – or BE joy?

Would you rather FEEL peace – or BE peace?

Would you rather FEEL bliss – or BE bliss?

Free yourself. Free your mind

A Story of Compassion.

My Story, A Story of Compassion.

Laughing with Gandhi.

by Dr Lisa Turner

2nd Installment of my book

Releasing the resistance to pain will release the discomfort.  Resistance equals judgement.

Indulge me for a moment whilst I briefly mention pain and compassion. We need pain. Pain or the discomfort that lies between where we are and what we would choose causes us to move towards what we would choose. It is that pain, or tension that pulls us forward. When we feel pain, what we feel is the tension between our current experience and what we would like to experience.

As an engineer I regularly find myself saying “there must be a better way of doing that”. It is that desire to seek something better that creates new discoveries and inventions. Thomas Newcomen wanted to pump water out of a tin mine a little more easily, so he crafted the Beam Engine in 1712

Then along came Mrs. Watt’s boy Jimmy (James Watt). He was always messing about making things and took a look at Newcomen’s engine and added a few bits to it that massively increased its efficiency. (go to Crofton, Wiltshire, UK, to see a wonderful working example of one dating from 1812).

So clever were he and his mate Matt (Mathew Boulton) that together the made rotational motion possible, thus leading to the development steam engine  used in trains. That lead, via a few dead ends, u-turns and re-engineering to the internal combustion engine, the automobile. Just listen to that a word Auto (without effort) mobile (to move).

Just because Tommy Newcomen played with water as a kid near the tin mines of Cornwall.

His work was intended to stop people, miners, from getting wet. The pain of getting wet – or drowning or being prevented from getting to the best strains of tin led to all kinds of discoveries. Yes my friends, pain is important. Pain is the tension between where you are and where you want to be.

Every time you want something, every time you desire something better or different, every time you say to yourself “Not this!” you might feel that pain. It is the discomfort of recognising that where you are, and what you are experiencing is not what you want.

When you are in a relationship that hurts, the pain you feel is the tension between what you have and what you would rather have. Don’t fight the pain; use it to direct yourself to what you want. It tells you that you have settled to low. It is there to push you take action to change something. The mistake many people make is that they use the pain as an excuse for staying where they are. They wear their problems like a medal, as a reason for NOT changing.

Which brings us to compassion. Compassion is the concern we have for another in pain. When another is in pain sometimes we feel it too, especially if it is someone we care about. Compassion for strangers happens when we resonate with their situation. They are like us, we are like them, now or in the past. Their pain is or was our pain. We know what that feels like.

But what we must never do is to deny them the opportunity to move out of it. Help them, or assist them by all means, but when they have asked and take action.

One of the single most important moments of my life was when I left, Neil, my partner of 7 years. I was 2 weeks away from my 20th birthday. As you will read shortly, the relationship was not a healthy one. I had been trapped and isolated in it for years longer than I wanted to be. I felt the pain of where I was, but was powerless (or so I thought) to change it.

I did eventually gather the strength, from really GOD knows where, to leave and move out. I found a grotty bedsit and paid my deposit. I did not drive; my only transportation was my bicycle.  My dilemma become “how shall I get my stuff to my new place?”

To this day one of the single most important acts of unselfish kindness was exhibited by my friend Orla Murphy. She offered to borrow her sister’s car and move my stuff. She drove across London from Kensington to Haringey and ferried my boxes and clothes in her tiny Punto through the awful North London Traffic. Three trips was the sum total of my life. On the last trip I rode my bike behind her through the jam.

Eventually settling me in my new digs we had tea in a local cafe. “Are you going to be Ok?” Orla asked.

Thinking back I think she was more aware of my emotions than I was. I was on autopilot. Just get out, get my stuff out, don’t tell him where I’ve gone to and worry about the emotional stuff later.

I waved Orla off and stepped into my new home. I didn’t know what to do with myself. I had no telly to distract me, and although an avid reader I couldn’t settle to a book. I wandered about not knowing where to put myself. None of the chairs or bed felt right. It was all so alien. I sat as if in a trance and didn’t move for about 3 hours. I kept thinking, I’ll get up and do something in a minute, but with nothing TO do I didn’t or couldn’t. It was as if the signals from my brain to my body were not connected. I felt paralysed. Eventually I managed to get myself ready for bed and woke up to begin my journey of recovery.

What has this to do with compassion? We can feel compassion to another, but can only help them when they are ready to help themselves.

Before I made the decision to leave my mum would occasionally say a few derogatory things about Neil. I never became defensive, but I did become a master of pretence. Too ashamed to admit I wasn’t happy, I pretended that Neil and I had the best, most supportive and loving relationship you could imagine. I made up elaborate tales to demonstrate his generosity, kindness and love. Though in truth, I was little more than an imprisoned slave.

Until I was ready to leave, until I had made conscious decision to leave and take the action necessary I couldn’t accept any help. I rejected it preferring to craft a deceptive denial for my own benefit as much as others.

One of the most important things I learn about my experiences has been that without a doubt I would not be here doing what I’m doing and being as awake and evolved as I now am. I say this, not to be arrogant, but to express pride in my own journey to waking up.

People who have led simple, uncomplicated, “happy” lives don’t seem to be as awake as those who have had a few knocks and scrapes. Those knocks and scrapes create compassion. Those who have been in pain know what it is like and our hearts bleed for them.

Some people are cannot feel compassion. They prefer to judge. “Silly girl” “You made your bed so you can lie in it”. My theory about those who can’t feel compassion is this, and it’s pretty simple. At some point in their past they needed compassion. They had made a “mistake” and whilst experiencing the consequences of their choices no compassion was shown. They didn’t have it shown to them when they were in need. They cannot be compassionate even to themselves. Perhaps they can’t forgive themselves for making bad choices and for not making new ones when it came to light that their situation was not as they would choose. Perhaps they were in that state of pain or tension, but felt powerless to move themselves. Who knows?

When we see people who appear to be experiencing a “problem” or who has made a choice that we would not, who are we to judge? When we recognise pain in them that they cannot own fully themselves, they could be experiencing the single most important part of their evolution. It is from this place that I share my story. To this day I still feel my experiences were hugely important for me and thank my mother and father for the support they always offered to me without making my choices for me by exercising what many would call ‘parental control’.

They allowed me to get wet, then handed me a towel.

I got wet!

My mother had a difficult childhood, she suffered with depression much of her life. The feeling I had before I could even talk, was that of suffocating sadness, a quietness that was so empty it felt as though being connected to anything else was impossible.

When I was 18 months old and barely walking our family had a day at the seaside in the North of England. Whilst no one was looking I suddenly stopped playing in the sand and quietly I stood up and walked into the sea. This memory is vague but very present for me. As if in trance my little limbs moved me towards the beckoning depths which called me into the embrace of her smothering, waves. The icy surf tumbled me over and over before I was fetched out. My parents hurriedly wrapped my in any dry clothing they had to hand. By way of observation is said “I got wet”

I repeated this experience almost identically and “got wet” again when I was 2 years old. Once again the sea called and drew me into her embrace. Once again I was called back to rejoin the living on land, my journey on earth not yet complete.

I don’t believe this was a conscious attempt at suicide. Therapists have suggested it was an unconscious one. Spiritual teachers have suggested it was an attempt to return to my spiritual source, to reject this incarnation, as if I knew what a tough life I had chosen and was attempting to re-negotiate my choices.

As I grew older I recall feeling very disconnected from life, a lack of joy produced a curiosity to know what it would be like to no longer exist in the physical form. The conventional view would be to label my suffering childhood depression. I resonate more closely with the spiritual idea that I was unconsciously realising what a hard life I had selected. Like enrolling in an advanced class in mathematics and wanting to drop out because the course work looked a bit tricky.

I’m glad I took this Karma class and chose to evolve. I have infinite compassion for those who have also taken tough options, the advanced course, regardless of whether or not they are doing their homework (taking action). I am compassionate. It took me a long time to wake up, and recognise the struggle that it can be to wake up from the safety of slumber and dreams.

Exercise 1: Where did you get wet? How did you decide that?

Write your life story. The best time to do this is first thing in the morning, even before you are fully awake.

When you have done this, make a list of the significant life events, such as when you moved house, changed job, started a new relationship, ended a relationship, recovered from an illness, or any other significant decision or change.

Even if you were not aware of making the choice consciously, pretend that you made the decision consciously and answer these questions.

What was your intention for making that choice? What did you hope to gain from that? Remember, imagine that it was a conscious choice even if it didn’t feel like it at the time.

What did you NOT choose? What was the action or choice NOT taken? What was the path NOT taken?

For each choice what were you feeling at the time you made those choices? What were your reasons for making that choice? What were your decision criteria for making that choice?

Notice the pattern to your life decision making. You will notice that there has been an underlying theme to what drove you to make those choices and changes in your past. If you do not learn to become conscious of this theme you will continue to make decisions unconsciously.  If you are happy with your life, your choices and your decisions this is fine. But if you are not then you will need to become conscious of them in order for you to change them.

For now be happy that you are conscious of how and why you have made your choices.

Until next time

Lisa

Art and Science of Prayer

The art and Science of Prayer – As printed in Kindred Spirit 2008

Oh please God…

Have you ever prayed? I mean really prayed? Perhaps in times of desperation you have begged for help from a higher being. Maybe you offered something in exchange for solving a problem or made a promise to do or give something later. But what happens when they don’t get answered? In your hour of need how would it be if you knew that you prayers would be answered?

There has been a lot of publicity about manifesting, the law of attraction and cosmic ordering recently. If you have tried this and found that your order did not get delivered you might have wondered why. Is it possible to order or pray for and receive anything you wanted?

Prayer is a process and when you know the system you can make it work for you. There is both and art and a science to prayer when used can, quite literally, manifest your desires.

The art and science of prayer?

Prayers are answered according to this equation.

Desired Outcome = Function of (Clarity, Energy, Time)

What this says is that to get what you want you need three things: Clarity, Energy and Time.

Time is the time it takes for your desire to manifest, between you praying for what you want and it showing up in your life.

Clarity is how clear you are about what you want. This is covered in coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and in many books on manifesting, law of attraction, and cosmic ordering. But if you have ever tried to manifest by simply thinking about and focussing on what you want and wondered why it doesn’t show up, or why it takes a long time, the reason is that it misses “Energy” out of the equation.

Energy refers to your personal life force energy. Sometimes referred to as Chi, Ki, Prana or Electromagnetic fluid.

If you have high energy, and high clarity, your desire will manifest very quickly.

If you have high energy but LOW clarity, you will manifest things very quickly, but they will be whatever you happened to be thinking about at the time. When this happens it can feel like your life is completely out of control.
If you have high clarity but LOW energy, you will manifest exactly what you want, but it will take a long time to do so.

Energy and Matter

Money is not real. It is an agreement based on energy.

We use money, or cash as a symbol of an energy exchange. Simply because it is easier to fold than chickens.
You need energy to manifests things. Physical things exist in the physical world, but at a quantum level they are only energy temporarily suspended in a physical form. To bring them into this physical form requires energy.

Einstein developed a mathematical relationship between matter and energy. Although this is usually used in nuclear physics it can have a metaphysical and metaphorical meaning for manifestation.

E = mc²

Energy = Mass x the speed of light squared.

This formula tells us that energy and matter are interchangeable. Everything that exists in the material world has a direct correlation to the energy required to create AND sustain it.

It takes energy to create or change something. That energy is YOUR internal life-force energy. You have as much material success as you can energetically sustain. If you increase your wealth but do nothing to increase your ability to sustain it you will lose it. This is why lottery winners lose or squander their winnings quickly. If they had the energy to sustain that wealth they would already HAVE that wealth.

Likewise those who have high energy and wealth recover quickly from any losses.

Those people who have a lot of money do so because they have a lot of energy. If you want to increase your wealth – increase your energy.

Money is only energy. You have as much money as you have energy. ncrease your energy and money will follow. Increase your money without increasing your energy, and the money will leave.

So what is this energy, how can you increase it and use it for manifesting?

Path of manifestation – through the four bodies.

Your being consists of four aspects or four “bodies”
Four BodiesThe path of manifestation begins in the spiritual body and travels down through all the bodies until finally it manifests in the physical reality.

All manifestation happens in 4 stages, these correspond to the four bodies. Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Physical. Anything you want to manifest has to pass through each of these four bodies, in four steps. If you are not manifesting what you want, that’s because it got stuck in one of these four bodies.

For example, take the manifestation of a new career; it passes through the four bodies like this…

Spiritual.

You first become aware of an inspiration or the idea that you would like a career change. You might try to ignore it for a while but eventually the call becomes too loud and you pay attention.

Mental.

Having had the idea you start to think through your options and choices. You might do research into different careers and ask questions. This is an intellectual process where you make the decision about which career to move to.

Emotional.

Once you have made a choice about your career you begin to get excited, and passionate. You really burn with the desire to achieve your outcome.

Physical. Taking action is a physical act, something you DO that moves you into your new career. You enrol on the training, you apply for the job, and you send out the application forms, you call people up, you go for interviews. There may be a number of actions that need to be taken until you have your new career and you do will get no results.

Energy in the four bodies.

The stronger the energy in each of your four bodies the quicker and more reliably you will manifest your chosen outcomes. Here are some ways you can increase the energy in each body and the bonus is increasing the energy in any one body will have a positive effect on all the others.

Physical Body

The physical body comprises the energy particles which have formed into subatomic particles, which form the atoms, molecules, cells and bodily structures that make up YOU. Energy in the physical body is the easiest to understand, clear and raise. The main elements are food, exercise and environment.

Eat good food. Make sure it is food that is right for you, rather than the latest fashion diet programme. To find out if any particular food is good for you pay attention to your energy levels 60 – 90 minutes after you have eaten it. If it increases your energy levels, it is good for you. If it decreases your energy levels don’t eat it again.

Be wary of food that causes you to go into “energy overdraft”. Sugar, caffeine etc will increase your energy immediately after eating or drinking them, but later will cause your energy levels to plummet.

Exercise is essential for physical energy levels and strength. Take part in any exercise that you enjoy and that you feel benefits your body. You may like to try different types of exercise before you find the right one for you, and you may have several that you take part in at different times for different reasons. The general and golden rule is if it feels good, do it more.

Taking care of your physical body in the way that is best for you will increase the physical energy.

Take Action

Taking action is where you can increase your success at manifesting, by ensuring your actions are directed towards achieving what you want. If you want to get fit or lose weight, eating cake and sitting on the sofa will not move you towards this outcome, whereas exercising and eating less will. If your actions are out of alignment with what you want to achieve you will be unsuccessful. If your actions are in alignment with what you want to achieve, it doesn’t guarantee the outcome, but it does significantly increase the chances.

Emotional Body

Your emotional body contains all your memories and emotional pattering, both negative and positive.

Emotions have a purpose and that purpose is to tell you that something is not right. However when we hold on to negative emotions from the past they are not helpful and actually damage the body. We call this “unresolved negative emotions”. Most people have unresolved negative emotions to some degree. If, when, you recall a memory of the past you feel a negative emotion then you have unresolved negative emotions. This is un released emotion from the past affecting the present.

Fear of failure or anger or resentment of successful people is a common block to manifestation.

For many people the idea that it is possible to be free of painful emotions from the past seems impossible. In fact not only is it possible but also easy using the latest emotional releasing therapies. Time Line Therapy TM and Higher Self Therapy are highly effective at releasing ALL negative emotions.

Limiting Beliefs

A belief is anything we hold to be true, or think of as being true. A belief is limiting if it stops us being, doing or having what we want to be, do or have.

Our beliefs are often deeply unconscious, but will guide, influence and affect every aspect of our life. If you believe “you have to work hard for money” or something similar, you will experience just that. The unconscious mind controls and filters your perceptions, so if you came upon an opportunity to make money in a way that was easy, your unconscious mind would simply delete that information so you could not act on it. You would simply miss opportunities and continue to work hard for your money. Because beliefs are unconscious, the only way to know what beliefs you are running is to take a look at what your life is like. If you manifest success easily then you likely have healthy beliefs that support this, if your life is more difficult or challenging than you would like then you might want to look at what you believe.

Negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt and all limiting beliefs act as huge emotional blocks that simply stop the manifestation process in its tracks.

The unconscious mind understands emotions, but not logic. Emotions do not make sense, and they are not meant to. You cannot “think” or “rationalise” emotions away. Emotional problems require emotional therapies.

It is easy to increase the energy in your emotional body by releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs. There are many effective techniques such as Time Line TherapyTM or Higher Self Therapy.

When considering any technique it’s essential that they actually RELEASE the negative emotions. Releasing doesn’t mean you simply “feel better” not that you have “worked through them” or now “understand them”. Releasing means they have gone, you no longer feel them; they are released, deleted, absent, no more. You will still have the memory of all past events but you can remember them without the painful emotions. This clears the path of manifesting through the emotional body.

Mental Body

The Mental body is where your logical rational thoughts happen. You use this to make good decisions, manage complex tasks and focus your attention. Your mental body acts like a focussing lens to direct your energy towards what you want.

Perhaps you have noticed that wealthy people, self made millionaires demonstrate an ability to juggle many tasks, reduce complex situations to simple ones and are extremely mentally dextrous. They are masters at planning. It is this faculty that enables them to get and stay wealthy. They can weigh up risks and don’t take stupid ones. They can filter out unnecessary or distracting information with a mental clarity that can literally cut through the nonsense like a knife.
Increasing the energy in your mental body will increase your ability to reason and use logic. Your mental body is in charge of your thoughts and thinking.

You can increase the energy in your mental body by exercising it, in the same way as you would exercise your physical body, by using it, stretching it and challenging it.

Rich people are bigger than their problems. Poor people are smaller than their problem.

Increase the energy in your Mental Body

Self Mastery

Master yourself and be true to your word. Make decisions and stick to them. Make commitments and promises and stick to them. Use your willpower. When you make a decision to do something, regardless of how hard it gets, keep going. Most people fail or are unsuccessful simply because they do not have the self discipline to stick at something. They simply give up.

Challenge yourself

Other ways to increase the energy in your mental body is to increase your mental and intellectual abilities, by challenging and exercising your mind. Learn new things, read more, and different types of books, take courses, explore topics and areas that are new to you and cause you to think in a new way.

The Spiritual body or Higher Self

The spiritual body is pure spirit. It is the part of you that yearns to know god and have spiritual experiences which are beyond words. It is through your spiritual body that you receive the inspiration for what to manifest, and for HOW to manifest it.

What is delivered by your higher self may be the full, ultimate and final complete achievement of your goal, and it may be that your higher self opens up the path for you to achieve it.

Your higher self does this by sending you inspiration. This might be: the plot and words for the book, the idea for a great new product, the solution to your marketing problem, what to say in your advertisement, or the perfect thing to say to a potential client the closes the deal. Throughout history great thinkers have received inspiration from their Higher Selves, the structure of DNA, and the theory of relativity, the composition of the atom, equations and theories for solving many scientific, conundrums, artistic visions and the solutions to problems.

When you can connect to your higher self and receive information and insight your goals and desires become easy to manifest. Your Higher Self will send you what you need to achieve your goal. All you need to do is to ask.

Failed Manifestation

If you are not manifesting what you want it is because the manifestation process is getting stuck in one of the four bodies. If the process has not fully worked through or has skipped a body the process in will loop but never manifest. If you start to take action before you have thought the idea through in the mental body, you will take the wrong action. Or if you take action before you clear your negative emotions, you will continually fail to achieve your dreams, or even self sabotage. If you take no action, but continue to ask the universe, your desire will not manifest.
Once you are really clear about what you want. Consciously and with intent bring the manifestation process through each body.

Ask your higher self for help; be ready to receive the inspiration. Clarify your choices and make decisions. Create a plan. Notice where you are confident and where you have any fears or doubts and release them. Finally take appropriate action.

If you want to increase your income, then increase your capacity to generate and maintain energy in all of your four bodies. If you want to grow your wealth, grow yourself, evolve, change and improve.

The Pain of the Planet

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

For years I have used, and trained others in, the most sophisticated and effective therapies on the planet.

These therapies are specifically designed to release any amount of emotional and karmic pain.

And they work with amazing effectiveness. I know they work, yet I still feel pain. For years I have mistakenly believed that this pain was mine.

This pain keeps me awake at night and pushes me on and on and on. This pain makes me strive to heal and help others and to do this in an ethical and karmically balanced way.

I have now realised this…

The pain that I feel is not mine at all. It is the pain of the entire planet.
For some reason this gift or curse that I have has enabled me to feel the pain, suffering, hurts and fears of all the souls on the planet. This pain means I know who I can help and who does not need what I offer. This pain means I know exactly what another’s problem is and how to help them best to heal it. This pain means I hurt, physically and almost all the time. But this pain is not mine.

This pain drives me on to strive to heal and change and enable others to grow, to evolve and achieve spiritual enlightenemnt. Sometimes I don’t know how I do what I do, I just do it and see the results. It caused me to set up Psycademy. It caused me to stay and work in this business doing what I do even though it is has been at massive personal expense and pain.

So many want and need what I offer yet so few will take the very steps they must take before I can help them.
This pain means that when someone contacts me or comes to me, joins my mailing list or even just reads my website or newsletter I know that I can help them. I feel the pain of others and I trigger them to become aware of it in themselves.

This opens up two paths for people.

Some choose to join me. Some are ready to join Psycademy. They read our newsletter and learn and grow, they enrol on trainings or purchase our products. They grow, and heal and change and leave their pain behind. This frees not only them but myself.

Others fear me. They are not ready and so they fear my business, they are suspicious. They come into contact with us and feel pain. They suddenly feel their own pain that they have kept suppressed for years. The mistakenly blame or accuse us, me for causing this pain. They attack me, viciously and personally, and that too hurts me. After all I’m only a human with a gift for raising awareness. But I know it is only their pain that is talking, not the true spirit behind them. So I forgive them and move on to the next person who is ready.

Right now, the world is in pain. Probably more pain than ever before. I can feel your pain. The fear, fear of lack, fear of failure, fear of the future, fear for your children and for your parents, fear for society, for the planet. I feel the guilt and the hurts and the anger at the injustice of the state of the planet right now. I feel the utter dispair.

Sometimes, late at night I allow myself to fully feel their pain. Do I feel it for them so that they don’t have to? Do I carry this burden for those who can’t? Just as any mother whose child is in pain will scream inside “Hurt me – let me feel the hurt for them?” Is this why I chose to carry it?

Do I feel it so that I can bring it to their awareness? I don’t know. It’s not really important. The important thing is that I keep on going. I keep offering the love and support that I do. I keep sending my newsletters, posting on my blog, going and meeting people, speaking to people, running my trainings, offering my therapies, offering my home study and home therapy packs. Offering to anyone who is ready and willing to recieve.

And I trust. I trust that all is well, and all will be well. Even in the pain of the now, I feel the joy and release of it too. Which always comes. Every time a soul finds their path, which may or may not be with Psycademy, I feel that release and that joy.

What I feel cannot be described. But I do not believe in am alone. There are a few, a very few who know what it takes for me to do what I do.

Join me. Leave me. Choose your path, but release your pain, surrender to it and become free. Descend into the pain. Don’t fear it. Dive into it. You will become connected in a way you never imagined possible.

Your pain will turn to bliss and joy.

Free yourselves. Free the planet.
