Terms and Conditions
Therapy and one-one services
Therapy refers to any one to one treatment offered by or through Psycademy including, but not restricted to: coaching, personal breakthrough, hypnosis, psychic readings.
Before we can embark on therapy you need to understand and agree to certain conditions. You need to understand that:
- Therapy in no way replaces a diagnosis or advice from a medical doctor or psychiatrist
- The results of the therapy session are dependent upon your communication with your unconscious mind, which you are100% responsible for and your therapist can only facilitate.
- The results of the therapy process are dependant upon you following the instructions that your therapist gives you as they guide you through the processes of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy®, Shamanic healing and any other service the therapist is trained to provide.
- The long-term results of the therapy session are dependant upon you completing all homework or tasking your therapist gives you and on you focusing on what you want, rather than what you don't want.
- Your therapist can only assist you in resolving problems that you raise and cannot be expected to resolve problems you do not mention.
- As you are creating your future through your actions in the present,
you are responsible for making any outcomes a reality.

You should keep in contact with your tutor and update them of your progress regularly. If you have not contacted your tutor for a period of more than 30 days your tutor may contact you.
- Psycademy reserves the right to increase its fees from time to time although this would not affect students once they have enrolled unless they wished to transfer to an updated programme.
- Students who have lapsed their studies for more than 12 months, without prior arrangement, may have to upgrade to the latest programme and pay an appropriate administration fee.
- A tutor will be allocated to you to conduct remote healing for you. We require two photos (your face must be clearly visible) to make the energetic connection with you. You may post hard copies or e-mail digital pictures. If you fail to provide a photograph this service cannot be performed for you. You may receive periodic letters or emails periodically advising you that the healing has taken place, the tutor may also advise you of any changes in the quality or quantity of the energy. The tutor may receive information from spirit guides or similar, these will be passed on to you. No guarantee is given regarding the frequency or content of these messages. They are received and passed on with positive intent. It will help the tutor if you keep in contact with Psycademy reporting your progress, either within your written feedback or other correspondence. This service will be conducted for a maximum of 20 weeks per student per module. Extensions in this service can be requested for a small cost.
- Psycademy will comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.
