Only indiviual consumers may submit a request to cancel their contractual agreement with us.
You are a consumer if:
- You are an individual.
- You have bought the service from us wholly or mainly for your personal use (not for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession).

Right to cancel
As an individual consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
You waive this right to cancel if you request immediate access to the Service.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. This is the point at which you physically signed a contract or digitally agreed to it online.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement in writing to;

e-mail us at email@example.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may also use the below model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
If you use this option, we will confirm to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you (except where you have requested to have immediate access to the Service).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested access to services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of your wish to cancel, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
